When two subscribers agree to exchange goods with each other, the exchange is registered on the website, both the sender and the recipient receive a notification.
Both the sender and the recipient are responsible for packaging their goods properly and securely to avoid damage during transport.
Both the sender and recipient choose a shipping service (for example, postal service or courier service) to send their goods to each other.
After sending the goods, both the sender and receiver provide tracking numbers to each other so that they can follow the progress of the goods.
The goods are delivered to the respective recipient. Both the sender and the recipient confirm receipt of the goods and can leave feedback on the exchange and the subscriber.
